What is Verte Brio?
We are fitness fanatics who want to change the way you lift. Most people don’t usually attempt weightlifting, so we’ve come up with a hybrid routine that combines the benefits of powerlifting, bodybuilding, and calisthenics. It’s perfect for people who want to start lifting, people who are struggling to gain weight and strength, and those who struggle to achieve a desired aesthetic.
What can you expect?
Moderate to massive strength gains. You’ll see a noticeable increase in your strength within three months. Appearance takes longer to improve (time depends on your genetics, eating habits, and discipline), but visual change will be apparent in five months. Since we are all different, there are no guarantees. But if you put in the effort, do the program, eat and sleep regularly, then progress is guaranteed.
Who am I?
